Disciplinary committee and proctorial board have been constituted to originate the feelings of discipline and etiquettes in students. The following rules are obligatory and applicable to all students of the law college:
1. You must have identity card issued by the law college if you are in the campus. Identity card is not transferable. Available facilities in the law college will be given on producing of identity card.
2. In campus of Law College or in study hall chewing pan, pan masala, tobacco and smoking are restricted and to make dirty the campus or class is punishable.
3. To bring licensed or non-licensed arms in the law college campus is restricted.
4. To destroy or break the property of Law College is a grievous offence and the concerned students might be dispelled from the college for irrecoverable damages.
5. To move here and there in the college campus is restricted and use your valuable time in reading books in the central library.
6. Students will have to show identity card on the demand of any lecturer, proctor or other competent authority of the law college. Students, not showing the identity card, will be punished.
7. Students should park their cycles, scooters, motorcycles and cars etc. at decided place by college. Lock is must in the vehicle. To stand the vehicle without lock or at undecided place by students liable to be punished.
8. Attendance of the students in the class is must/compulsory. The students having less than 75% attendance in teaching of every semester shall not be allowed to appear in the examination.
9. Each and every student will have to pay fees of every semester, those students who have studied for some days in any recognized institution and wish to get admission over here due to special cause, above mentioned rules will not be applicable to them. In that condition only transfer certificate of the pre or ex-college will have to submit.
10. For appearing in the examination no dues card will be given only when the entire fees, things, books are returned to the college.
11. If any student found present in Law College, but absent in the class will be punished in term of penalties.
12. Indisciplined students might be punished according to the nature of offences as:
a. Might be dispelled from law college or
b. Might be suspended or
c. Might be punished with penalties.
13. If the behaviour, conduct and etiquette of any student found dissatisfactory, his/her examination form will be checked by the principal.
14. Scholarship or any other economic aids can be cancelled by the principal. If aids enjoyed by students:-
a. Does not perform well in the class.
b. Does not obtain passing marks in the class tests.
c. Violates the rules of college.
d. Found absent from classes.
15. If any Student is absent from the college due to illness, may get relaxation only on the basis of medical certificate issued by the gazetted medical officer.
