The following rules are compulsory of the central library of law college :-

1. Keep your identity card while entering central library. Without identity card, entrance in the library of any person is     prohibited.

2. Produce your library card for issuing and returning of the books.

3. Books are issued maximum for 15 days.

4. Late payment will be fined at per rupee per day if not returned in the due dates.

5. Check the books carefully and properly while it being issued to you, if it is turn off any where in the book or found      written something on it, show it to librarian. Not doing so. the fault of turning off the books or to make it dirty will be      supposed to be of students and will be liable to be punished.

6. To turn off or to make the books dirty of the central library is punishable.

7. The books of library might be taken before the given date at any time either by written or orally.

8. If books are not returned within two months from the issued date shall be deemed to be lost and fifty rupees as penalty      with the present/current rates of the books including the postal expenses will be deposited.

9. Reserved valuable books and journals, papers, syllabus and rare books in the library will not be issued. They can be      read in the reading hall of the central library.

10. The librarian can make out any student or force to go outside to the students if much noise is being made in the        central library.

11. Girls will be preferred in issuing books.

12. Books are national property and to steal and destroy it is a punishable offence.

13. The Second copy will be issued after depositing fifty rupees, if library card is lost.
